Shipping Charges and Delivery:
Our shipping costs and delivery methods are based on the areas that orders are delivered to. Please see following for details. ALLBABY Limited use NZ Post and FastWay Courier to ship our orders. The goods will be shipped on the same day or next working day once payment received.
1. Auckland (inlcuidng whole Auckland area): $6.00 each item. Delivery will be by Fastway Courier or NZPost. It takes 1 to 2 working day to deliver.
2. North Island (All other North Island Destinations except Auckland): $18.00 each item. Delivery will be by Fastway Courier or NZPost and takes 1 to 3 working days to deliver.
3. South Island: $30.00 each item. Delivery will be by Fastway Courier or NZPost and takes 2-5 working day.
We will contact you if any items on your order are delayed.
Please note: Delivery time are for guide only. Once the items are posted, we do not hold liabilities for any delays caused by NZ Post or FastWay Courier.
No Hassle Return Policy:
At ALLBABY Limited, we stand by our products 100%. All items purchased from ALLBABY online carry a 7 day no question asked money back guarantee. If you find you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us and we will assist you with the return of the purchase. You maybe required to provide proof of purchase from us.
For non faulty goods, you need to return them in their original condition within 7 days from the receipt of delivery for a refund of their purchase price provided they are in their original condition and, in the case of packaged goods, the packaging is still intact. Please note original shipping costs will not be refunded. If you pay by Credit card, we could not refund you full purchase amount as we have already paid 4% of total amount payment processing fee, so we will refund you 96% of purchasing amount. And you need to pay the return freight. When you return non faulty goods for refund, we highly recommended that you pack the item carefully, insure the package and ship to our street address (please contact us for street address). We regret that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
For faulty goods, you must contact us as soon as possible and within 7 days from the receipt of delivery. Proof of faulty products such as pictures may be required before we approve you to send the goods back. We will discuss with you to determine the best method to process return. The shipping charge will be borne by Allbaby limited provided we have agreed to the shipping method and charge. You may either request for refund or for an exchange. The original shipping costs are refundable. Any faulty products reported after 7 days from the receipt of delivery will be returned at buyer's cost. We strongly recommend you to check the item immediately after receiving it.
We will either credit refund to your bank account or send a cheque to you.
