PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING PRODUCTS FROM Allbaby Limited.Your purchase of a product or service from Allbaby Limited is governed by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. Placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale and our terms for use of this site. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed further with your order. Allbaby reserves the right to make changes to this website and these terms and conditions of sale at any time, without notice.
All matters and transactions in relation to this site are governed by the laws of New Zealand and will be settled in New Zealand. The Consumer Guarantees Act doesn't cover goods or services that are normally bought for business use. 

We will not sell, trade, rent, or give individually identifying information to third parties without your consent. We use the personal information collected from you in the order process to help us deliver your order, to contact you about your order if we have questions, and to improve our site to serve you better. Prices displayed on the website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$) and GST (15%) inclusive. All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter the price for any reason. If this happens with an item you have ordered, we will contact you prior to delivery.

Payment may be made by Cheque, Direct Credit into the bank account of ALLBABY Limited or Credit Card via Paypal. Orders will be processed only after the funds are cleared. We also accept cash payment for some areas. See How to Pay.

Order and Delivery
We endeavour to ship orders within one to three business days after payment received. Backorders and some delay might occur on certain items depending on overall availability. Shipping time depends on whether the item is in stock. If the item is in stock and ordered before 2:00pm on weekdays it will usually be shipped out the next business day. If the item is not in stock, we will advise you how long the item will take to be posted by email.
There will be charges on delivery. Details of shipment charge and delivery see Shipping and Returns
Once the products has been posted, we will not be held liable for delays caused by the post service.

Shipping issues
Although it happens rarely, there are cases that packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your purchase does not arrive in a timely manner, or if your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately by either email or by phoning us. Please note any queries regarding delivery of parcels and the contents will not be considered after 14 days from dispatch date. We will need to collect some information from you before making a claim with NZ post. Please note that it is very important to keep all product and shipping materials intact until the claim is processed and paid. The claim process usually takes about four weeks. In the meantime, we will quickly ship out a replacement item to you.

Money Back Guarantee:
All items purchased from Allbaby online carry a 7 day no question asked money back guarantee, provided items are in their original condition and, in the case of packaged goods, the packaging is still intact.

Returns and Exchanges:
You maybe required to provide proof of purchase from us. For non faulty goods, you need to return them in their original condition within 7 days from the receipt of delivery for a refund of their purchase price provided they are in their original condition and, in the case of packaged goods, the packaging is still intact. For faulty goods, you must contact us as soon as possible and within 7 days from the receipt of delivery. Proof of faulty products such as pictures may be required before we approve you to send the goods back. We will discuss with you to determine the best method to process return. The shipping charge will be borne by Allbaby limited provided we have agreed to the shipping method and charge. You may either request for refund or for an exchange. Any faulty products reported after 7 days from the receipt of delivery will be returned at buyer's cost. We strongly recommend you to check the item immediately after receiving it. Products sold by Allbaby Limited carry a one year warranty from the manufacturer unless otherwise stated. The warranty starts from the day you receive your product and we warrant our product to be free from defective materials or workmanship for the length of the warranty period.The warranty is not transferable and only covers the original purchaser. You must hold the original store receipt (proof of purchase) to claim under warranty.The warranty is for home use only, goods used in a commercial environment will render the warranty void.ALLBABY reserves the right to repair or replace any product that falls under the normal warranty conditions. ALLBABY also reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim if under inspection the product failure is due to causes other than defective workmanship or materials that fall outside the normal warranty conditions.
Buyer must return the faulty product to ALLBABY LIMITED within 7 days from the receipt of delivery, and we agree to get it repaired, replaced or refund. 
Please read all the information in your instruction manual carefully before using the product. Warranty does not apply to failure due to improper care, or normal wear and tear caused by product use. We reserve the right to inspect the product. You may be charged for repairs if the product has been damaged accidently. 

If one of the following condition happens, The warranty does not cover
1. Any product can not be recognized as the original manufacturer
2. Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification.
3. Warranty period expired
4. Other items specified in the formal contract

For Wrong Products Delivered:
We will pay all costs to deliver the correct products to you. You must, however, return the incorrect products to us before we can send the 'correct' one out. We will pay for freight back to you provided that we agree with the carrier and method of delivery.
For Wrong Products Ordered:
We may replace the products. However,you will be required to pay the difference if the replacement costs more than the original purchase. The products must be in original unused, undamaged, resaleable condition. All costs associated returns are the responsibility of the Customers.
Order Acceptance Policy
Allbaby limited reserves the right to refuse service, to close accounts, to cancel orders, or to terminate affiliate and other marketing programs that it deems harmful to the company.
